HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR IMAGES

1) Click on Collection Download icon.

Collection Download icon is located at the top right corner of the gallery.

When you click the Collection Download icon, you will be asked to provide a PIN. You have the option of downloading images in varied sizes. 

Web Size

Web-size images have a resolution of 1024px on the width. File sizes are much smaller and therefore faster to down- and upload. They are ideal for sharing on social media or for quick viewing.

High Resolution
High-resolution images have a size of 3500px on the long edge. They can be used to print photos up to poster-size canvases and are more than sufficient for web use. We strive to optimize the file-delivery process and make file storage easier for your clients. High-resolution images enable your clients  to obtain high-quality photos while enjoying a faster download and file-management experience. 

Original
Original images are, as the name suggests, the original files exactly as you uploaded them. Clients selecting this option will be downloading the full-resolution files you uploaded, with no compression or resizing. They are large files and will take much longer to download. We recommend breaking your collection into smaller "sets" or batches to optimize the download process.

2) Supply your e-mail address and 4-digit download PIN.

The e-mail address will be used to notify you when the download is complete (in case you do not wish to wait for the download). It will also include the download link that you can refer to. 

3) Select the sets you would like to download. Select download size. (You can always return and download a different set or size.)

Click on Start Download and you are done!

HOW DO I ACCESS MY FAVORITED IMAGES?

To access your favorited images at any time, click the Favorite button (heart icon) in the top right corner and enter the email address used to create the favorite list.
